You have your local replica of the database on your device and once you're home or can connect to your home server (through VPN, for example) it will sync with the remote database. I used to have synthing running for this and it worked without issues.
Nope. Docker containers are kind of "virtual filesystems" and programs are running on top of the host's kernel. They're just isolated processes running on their own volume - to which you can also attach external "volumes".
I don't think you know what you mean/want. I never had any registrar requiring me to install anything to have my domain registered with them. The same is true about hosters too.
He/she wants to have the web UI (the client) on a different vm/machine, as far as I understand, which is not possible at the moment with qbittorrent.
As others have said, the solution could be deluge or rtorrent.
I use Silverbullet too and have set the same directory as my vimwiki path, so I can edit my files in the terminal if I want, but also in the browser. Never had issues with it.
