Woah, that's pretty cool. I didn't know YouTube supported this type of format for the closed captions.
Are these the web based captions? I didn't know you could have those in 2 locations at the same time (top and bottom)... That's neat. But it does make me think they're baked into the video, in which case they'd always be included if you download them.
It appears they are suing OceanGate, the company that made the submarine. The use of cheap, consumer grade hardware for critical functions (literally controlling the sub) is one of their criticisms.
Having never used this software before, my guess would be your VPS provider is limiting the upload speed of the VPS. The data would be uploaded slowly to you, which means your download speed is limited as the client.
Meanwhile the upload speed is reported as being high enough, since the VPS can download your data at 50mbit/s, as this cap is higher.
Based on the article they are more expensive than li-ion batteries (for now), so probably not yet. And the article doesn't mention anything about this, but I imagine there would be scaling issues.
I doubt it, there are some grammar mistakes in there I think. At least, it doesn't look like the typical ChatGPT writing style.
In this format the left most and right most dude should be saying the same thing...
Nee ik ben het met ze eens. Jullie zijn vreemd.
Written from the perspective of said friend? It also says "I don't have any money"
There is likely a large amount of people with both a mastodon and a Lemmy account, just to name some.
The bezel is attached with magnets so you can change it out for another color (or access the webcam module easily). So that'd probably be why.
