I do the same thing. Anything I put on there isn't something that I would share with the Internet anyway. If it was a serious project, sure. It's just nice to have a personal git you can access over a VPN sometimes.

On the other hand sometimes I get people telling me to re read their arguments because I don't understand them. Like maybe they just suck at presenting their argument? Maybe they could re-state it so it was easier to understand? Maybe I do get it and their argument sucks? No clearly what they wrote is gold and you would understand if your reading comprehension was better.
Hear me out, maybe base 10 isn't the best counting system. Base 6 or 12 could be pretty nice. Not worth Nazis being in charge, but could be a nice change of pace.
So, what were you reading in the sixth grade? My memory isn't that good, but I think I was past reading Captain underpants, maybe I was up to reading Percy Jackson (sorry got a bad case of CRS). I definitely gave Harry Potter a pass through, didn't like the main character.
Anyway, I feel like in 6th grade I was good at reading the text of a book, but not much beyond that. Symbols, themes, subtext — those are hard for a 6th grader.
Nah, he's another rich guy. I don't play video games anymore, don't really care. Fuck gaben. But also rich guy continues to pursue his boat hobby just doesn't feel like news, and definitely not news that it's productive to be upset about. What do I get out of being angry at Gabe for buying another boat? Nothing, and being angry about seems to be making my life worse not better.
Why is everyone acting surprised, this has been Gabe's thing for a long time? He's super into boats and submarines and owns a submarine company or something like that. i think I'm burned out from the news cycle, getting outraged by this just feels like a waste of my emotional energy that I could spend somewhere it will matter.
I think I heard that cats can survive on seawater(not well, but better than dead). For some reason they just have baller kidneys.

Beyond that sounding tedious as fuck, how much will that actually improve workflow? Or is this one of those features that sounds good to people with C level intelligence, and the rest of us just have to pretend we're using.

I only access it over a local network or wire guard. It's not perfect security, but also I'm willing to accept that risk.

Dunno, I just don't believe my NixOS config files are particularly valuable. What is the benefit of sharing garbage code from a novice? I'd rather share things worth sharing, that could be useful to someone else.
