I think it's for the opposite reason shops sell you stuff for 9.99 / 99 / 995 etc but you're right it does make it sound like a random number. I noticed myself people are less likely to hassle if it looks like a specific number (like 85 instead of 100 or 22 instead of 25)
He didn't literally say "Nazi's threated Jewish people with love", it is crazy he implied it but I want to point out the difference because if you ads in an argument with someone supports trump you only have a valid point if you use factual truths and if you'd tell a trump supporter that trump thinks Nazi's loved Jews they could easily say you're wrong because you're not using his own words but a dramatized version of them.

You are right you can't steal something that is not ownable, but paying for the game is what allows you to play so playing without stealing is still breaking their rules. Instead of buy to own they made it pay to play. But that sucks so fuck them anyway
