i’ve seen another trend lately where any edited photo gets labelled as AI, even when traditional editing methods are more likely

this is true, and the name bcrypt can be misleading to non experts. i don’t blame them for getting this wrong in a pr statement 🤷‍♀️

something kept messing with my dns and i’m too lazy to find out why so i hardcoded etc/resolv.conf and chmod +i on it
