Pretty much anything that has good comparability with Linux.

I believe I remembered this netgear adapter working well for WiFi ap mode https://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-Nighthawk-Adapter-Tri-Band-Wireless/dp/B0B94R78N7 but I have yet to try it myself
