nnn (tui file manager) would be an interesting solution. i know its not really perfect but you can interactively select and view files.

shitty coworkers suck. they make work worse for the same pay. not to mention rising cost of living and static wages.

a router that supports openwrt. relatively new, affordable, good specs/features. non-bs model.

or a computer with NIC that supports AP mode.(if u know how to do that)

i was thinking more of a narrow information retrieval system. as opposed to doing random exploration and discovery.

i think what this redd subb is saying is that unless a person is involved in a stateoftheart/research project.. the software isnt really valuable on an everyday basis ( compared to just using professional software that is the product of new research )
kinda demoralizing(in this context).
it would be cool if he could FOSS his way out of this one.
