Files as an implementation detail, sure. But my general impression of iOS is that it tries really hard to avoid exposing users to the existence of a file system.

Well, that's more than I was expecting. Might I suggest you look around for signs that fascism (or at the very least, authoritarianism) is on the rise in many democratic countries? Some countries to look at are the US, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Turkey, India, and Israel.

I know exactly what fascism is. Being anti-democracy does not in itself make you a fascist, but it's a very strong sign that you are. Either way you're an asshole and I don't particularly care what flavor of asshole you are.
