Honest question. Why host them? Finishing one book can take a while and they are incredibly small.
I just use calibre and sync with my e reader and phone occasionally.
Just stop using it with outlook then?

Grafana isn't too hard to use.
Have you tried the proxmox exporter? I have tried it briefly for a grafana lab and it seemed pretty good.
