On the bright side there's about a 100% guarantee that any game he shits out is gonna be terrible. You can rig, bribe, and exploit your way through literally anything except creating good art. The industry's seen plenty of attempts already

And if it's good then ill just pirate it :3

Capitalists need to be regulated (forced) to play nice, without that it's gonna be the same song, same dance for the rest of time. And it's not gonna happen anytime soon by the looks of things

Anti cheat works fine nowadays, I've heard that the only problems are caused by devs/publishers that explicitly don’t allow their games to launch on Linux. e.g. Elden Ring and Apex Legends both use easy anticheat; the former boots just fine on Linux while the latter doesn't work no matter what you do
