Leaflet is just the frontend. You need the actual tiles as well. You can either generate your own tiles or use something like mapbox, who generate the tiles for you and keep them updated.

That's great to hear! Looking forward to it :)
Also awesome to see you on Lemmy ;)
I have a small list of noteworthy channels on PeerTube to follow: https://peertube.wtf/home, but tilvids.com is also a good start.
I picked the lesser evil. Maybe side-loading will eventually actually be a thing on iOS. Only time will tell.
Yea, but I’m on iOS. There’s some ad-riddled, fake version of NewPipe on iOS though…
Awesome new features. All we need now is an app for Android and iOS.
I didn’t understand anything about what you wrote about yourself, but sounds cool.
Welcome to the Fediverse 😄
It runs 24/7. My Lemmy instance among other things, is running on the server.
I use a Power Station from Allpower with UPS capabilities.
I don’t even remember there being a femshep 😅, but now I have a good excuse to do a play through!
Pretty sure it was copied from the subreddit, back when the community was created 😅
Isn’t vector tiles generated locally? A raster tile needs to be generated every time it changes.
