Sadly, in Canada, the ISPs are the media owners. The Big Three (Bell, Rogers, and Telus) and own basically all of the media and all the telecom infrastructure in most of Canada, and they share Quebec with Quebecor media.

Google is trying to pick and choose who to filter out of results.

The SEPM claims that Google was preparing to test a scheme that would exclude articles from specific media outlets with which it is in dispute over rights to online news content.

I think for the mos part it's fine, but Windows doesn't seem to like sharing NTFS drives. So keeping an old NTFS drive with all your games is generally not a problem, but sharing an NTFS game drive between Windows and Linux sometimes causes issues.

I don't know how to do it, but I know it's possible to get your motherboard's HDMI port, if it has one, to display the output from the GPU. Might help you hold out if you're not otherwise looking to upgrade.

That's worse than just not maintaining code. They could stop maintaining it, but keep the current version active. Instead, they remove it entirely, and now a physical object that was purchased becomes ewaste.

Are there any software issues I may/should deal with when doing a full system upgrade? I'm going from AM4 to AM5, so new CPU, motherboard and RAM.

It should be pretty straightforward under Linux, right? Just swap my drives over and boot up? I've only ever done single upgrades at a time, never a full generation.
