Is this foss if so where ia source code. Second does this need to be its own ui or could it be modified to work as a proxy between a 3rd party client and a lemmy instance? Otherwise how hard would it be to implement into eternity?

Still doesnt solve the whole what data can be used for a foss model thing but distributing compute requirements is good. Idk if this still requires that each node can compute the whole model tho might be a limitation of model sizes since moat pwople wont be able to run huge models etc.

We invented multi bit models so we could get more accuracy since neural networks are based off human brains which are 1 bit models themselves. A 2 bit neuron is 4 times as capable as a 1 bit neuron but only double the size and power requirements. This whole thing sounds like bs to me. But then again maybe complexity is more efficient than per unit capability since thats the tradeoff.
So long story short can i or can i not run some software that will interoperate with all platforms stipulated in the document.

Right so WhatsApp and messenger are gatekeepers and they must allow interoperation with who anyone who wants to ie me running my own signal instance? They also need to interoperate with signal hence if a works with b and c works with a why wouldn't b work with c? Cos if thats hoe it works or if im not allowed to interoperate with WhatsApp or messenger in the first place then this juat seems like its handing the monopoly away from the companies to the government and giving the people fuck all.
Are they going to allow me to reflash it with whatever i want tho?
