Hundred bucks says the grinder app's going to get a lot of traffic that weekend. There's going to be very busy bus station bathrooms, and maybe Airport bathrooms? I don't know if they have airports in Idaho.

While the state asked for a nine-and-a-half year sentence, the judge handed Horcasitas a 10-and-a-half year sentence after being so moved by the video, Pelkey’s family said, noting the judge even referred to the video in his statement

So first of all I guess all that stuff in the video about forgiveness wasn't really a factor. I'm just fascinated who called for this? Like was it the prosecution? In what context? Was this part of their closing arguments? Did the defense not object? So many questions.

You have to wonder if this is not grounds for an appeal.

How on Earth do you think that reflects a biological imperative? If anything doesn't it suggest the opposite? A biological connection resulting in an aversion to coupling would mean the absence of a biological connection should not result in aversion. Yet your example showed that the biological connection was not a factor at all.

No, your arguments about cultural and learned behavior not biologically ingrained Behavior.

You know a while back someone told me that they think the world actually ended in 2012 and that we've just been living in hell ever since being tortured slowly. And every day it starts to seem a little more plausible.

Buddy have I got some news for you. You can actually delete bookmarks when you're done with them.

Yeah those all seem like great uses of bookmarks and save functions.

Right? It's like they did reasonable and then just blew past it

My God that is absurd looking. I can understand like a little logo in the right hand corner or something. But the whole page? And every time they're their name is listed it's bolded purple and capitalized? Wow

Well it doesn't take effect till later in the month so it working now isn't really pertinent.

"You might expect that mortgage rates would be falling right now after the Federal Reserve cut interest rates by a half-point last month.

Instead, mortgage rates jumped higher. The latest data from Freddie Mac showed that the average 30-year mortgage rate had increased to 6.4%, more than a quarter-point higher than it was two weeks ago.

The news is probably an unwelcome surprise to the folks who had been hoping for lower interest rates to finally come off the sidelines and start shopping for a home.

Here’s what’s going on — and what it means for those trying to buy a home now."
