I can't think of a comment to make here that won't get me investigated by this Secret Service

I think you have to be the victim when it's libel don't you? So I guess he could sue, but I don't know if the New York Times could.

Sometimes hearing y'all talk about health Ed classes that actually taught y'all stuff is wild to me. I live in a red state. Sex education for me was basically a two-day seminar where they showed us pictures of the gnarliest venereal diseases they could find. Like that's it. We didn't see a condom at all. Learning about condoms for us was first hand. In a Motel 6 that took cash with my girl after we bought a few different brands to try them out.

Is it the people that are toxic? Or is it the world or a living in right now?

Well not how much you've spent, how much it values your collection. But what's that number based on? I've only bought one full price game in my entire life on Steam. And it was one of my biggest regrets so I'm not doing that again. So right there all the sale prices I'm paying aren't being calculated right? Then there's the case of free games and humble bundles, back when they were awesome. Hell probably a third to half of the games I have in my Steam account either came from Humble bundles or free giveaways.

Ubisoft you can't complain if I pirate your games, because I never actually bought them and you weren't deceived by a lack of purchase.

Well my PC can't do windows 11, and upgrading is now impossible thanks to a certain someone. So yeah...

I think everything you quoted there would accurately describe influencers being paid to play a game. As to whether you believe me or not, don't really care. Why you keep digging this hole for no reason whatsoever seems rather odd to me, as does being so unnecessarily hostile for no reason. Have a good one.

Well I've certainly never heard that before and that's not what the definition of the word is from what I'm seeing but I guess I can understand using that as a distinction.

Isn't it though? They're being paid to promote a game right? That seems like a shill to me. I'm not sure I understand the difference to you.

Mount and Blade. Warband is just the better version all around. It works in reverse too cause Warband is better than Bannerlord.

"You might expect that mortgage rates would be falling right now after the Federal Reserve cut interest rates by a half-point last month.

Instead, mortgage rates jumped higher. The latest data from Freddie Mac showed that the average 30-year mortgage rate had increased to 6.4%, more than a quarter-point higher than it was two weeks ago.

The news is probably an unwelcome surprise to the folks who had been hoping for lower interest rates to finally come off the sidelines and start shopping for a home.

Here’s what’s going on — and what it means for those trying to buy a home now."
