I've been using DockSTARTer for years and it does what I need, when I need it.
If the goal is to learn, then go for learning Docker directly.
If the goal is to do it well and quickly, don't reinvent the wheel.
RimWorld got new DLC so I've put about 20 hours in since last Tuesday. Sorry kids, daddy needs vidya time.
I've clocked over 2,000 hours (per Stream) and only just realized I've never actually played to "win" via the vanilla victory conditions. Thanks mods!
Can the ISP offer dedicated IPv4 addresses? We had a similar issue with the new rural fiber provider. I spent hours tinkering and researching only to finally call support.
15 minutes and $2/mo later it's all taken care of. I have a direct IP and no maintenance nightmare that I have to sacrifice a goat to the printer gods and pray for mercy to make work*

DockSTARTer takes most of the work out of setting up and maintaining a docker -arr suite. The guys that maintain it are great too.
