Congratulations on completing the wall!

This is pretty much why I can't play much PC games either (even though there are some genres I love that work bes on PC). Handheld works best, or sitting on a couch in front of TV.

I love tablets as a good general purpose device, but don't have much experience with remote play. Just check how well it works with controllers and the latency / lag.

We all go through time like that. If you like single player games, what helped me was getting a Switch (I had almost quit gaming before that), the ability to play on a handheld which you can pause (put in sleep) anywhere is a godsend. Everyone is different though, but can be worth a try. You can try getting a SteamDeck, and see if that works for you.

At the end of the day, if playing short rounds of Death by Daylight is what you enjoy the most, nothing wrong with just keep doing that.

It's interesting when games do that, though as someone who rarely replays game, I never really notice these things.

Oooh, Max Payne!

I played them when they were released, and they were such great games for their time. Don't remember much about the story though, some dream sequences, and there was some subway in start of the first game I believe, remember trying the slow-mo from different angles there.

Looking forward to play the remakes!

If you don't mind playing alone, do try Subnautica, everyone claims it's best of the genre, at least it was when it was released.

It's in my backlog, but I couldn't get into Subnautica (I enjoyed it while playing, but didn't have any urge to play it again), so the genre is probably not for me. I can imagine it can be fun with right people though.

Like Saturday morning cartoons, each day is unique!

We can treat the dimension hop as Christmas special crossover episode 😀

Is "Fireman Stripper" a sustainable job in Zombie apocalypse? Just curious...

Oooh, Cable is back! According to the lore, do the characters just move from one world to another or is that some other guy with some other adopted son Cable?

Mainly play on console, but I'll keep this in mind for future. Thanks for the tip.

That "Big Grey Guy" is one of the major reason I haven't tried the game. And well the fact that I don't like horror, but I am going to blame the Big Grey Guy!

Project Zomboid is back!

Still playing Regalia: Of Men and Monarchs. I am very close to the end now.

Played a very tiny bit of Neon Chrome, just a couple of runs. Focusing mainly on Regalia, this is just when I want a break from turn-based.

What about all of you? What have you been playing?

Freedom Planet (the first one) is also on Switch and has reviewed very well.

These are basically Sonic games, but with original characters.

Releasing mid 2024.

It has Frogs. Lots of frogs.

Releasing April 26

Launching April 4

What I found interesting about this:

What They Don't Sea was created by Team Atlantis, a group of middle school girls, at the Girls Make Games summer camp in Durham, NC. The game won Grand Prize at GMG’s Demo Day competition in 2019. As part of their Demo Day prize, Team Atlantis worked with professional game developers to create the final version of the game.

Last weekly thread of March!

  • Still playing Regalia: Of Men and Monarchs. In chapter 5 now, I should be more than half done. Still enjoying it.

  • Finished Jotun: Valhala Edition. I was playing it a few weeks ago, but took a break at last boss. Finally went back and finished the game.

  • While I am enjoying Regalia, wanted something more action-oreinted, so looked at my backlog and started Neon Chrome. I am generally not a roguelike fan, but I like twin stick shooters, so started that. Not sure if I'll actually finish this, but enjoying it for now.

What about all of you? What have you been playing?
