Unpopular opinion: I actually like MS Teams

Look, I know this might get downvoted, but Teams is... actually fine? Yeah, it's not perfect, but it just works. The best part is that everyone and their grandma knows how to use it because it's the corporate standard around here.

I can't tell you how much time I've saved not having to do the whole "can you hear me? let me try reconnecting... oh wait try updating your browser" dance that happens with other platforms. My company recently switched to Google Meet and honestly? It's been a downgrade. Teams might not be the coolest kid on the block, but at least I'm not spending half my meetings troubleshooting audio and video issues.

I wonder if there is some definition gap in what Bethesda thinks makes a good game and what make a good game in the eyes of players.

They have probably done a lot behind the scenes improvements that warrants them to say that this has been the best to work on, but clearly it's not the best to play.

Common theory l, that I have heard is that if business owns their office space then it's value is inherently tied to profit margins. If office goes unused, value will drop, which affect bottom line, which affects boards willingness to pay out large CEO bonuses. So getting employees back into the office becomes vital for the leadership.

Sorry to hear that, milage varies depending on hardware, I suppose. I have had it running on a Lenovo laptop for over a year without issues. Hope you find good distro fitting your needs and hardware specs out of the box!

To be honest PopOS is great. Frequent updates, good (subjective) design and ui choices, just works. If it fits your vibe I would say it is a good balance!

This is just what I was hoping for. Thank you!

Been paying for years now, got a 50% price hike. Canceled on the spot. I like the creators I follow, but recommendations have sucked for me for several months now anyway.

Any advice for streaming ad free on Chromecast or Samsung tv?

Thank you for voicing the sensible, human and empathetic argument.

I would not fire the guy from his job, however, I would give him endless shit for using a work computer to watch porn. That's just dumb.

To be fair, Chrome does generally render most websites faster and correctly. I have Chrome installed just in case of some webpages not working with Firefox. Now, that's not Mozillas fault, but from user standpoint makes Chrome more attractive browser to use.
