spiderman
the production and music was so brilliant, metro really did a good job on the latter.
Well I liked spider verse movies. It was awesome and hope they don't butcher it with AI for their next movie.
It has become invite-only site.
the beauty is also in the effort it took to create
While I support your whole statement, I think the beauty of art lies in the message, vision or emotion that the artist wants to convey to the world through a visual medium. You can have a super realistic portrayal of a human and still prefer the art of Van Gogh because he shared his emotions through his art and people could feel that.
Why would Meta do this???
Pixelfed is a good competitor for Instagram, their #1 cashcow. It has everything an Instagram competitor should have, especially the 2012 Instagram vibe where people just shared their daily life happenings through pictures instead of sharing bs for engagements. The only thing it lacks is messaging feature and the dev is working on a messaging platform for that.
idt pixelfed should be used as an imagehost. there are many services for that and it will only make pixelfed worse if people use it for that purpose.
including me, yeah. i hope it stays like that and people keep on using mastodon.
under normal circumstances? why would they. but if threads keep rigging the fediverse integration part people might think it's better to be on threads since the integration is bad even if threads clearly do it to rig the competition.
idt they are similar. idt mods should be paid. bringing monetary benefits might be nice but i think it will turn moderating as a means of income. people moderate subreddits out of their passion or that subreddit theme might be their hobby and making it monetary will be a disaster.
you could get the vinyl rip, and listen them on your phone. idk whether it might sound the same like the exact vinyl but it's better than Spotify if you have a decent headphones.
