There is a neovim flatpak, which is not a CLI app but a TUI one, but I guess this counts.

And there is also jellyfin-server

I don't exactly mind guidelines! i just really dislike the styling ones, regarding favoriting flat design

uh...sorry, wasn't my intention to make the post come out that way.

I do think that as a store it should have some guidelines on quality, but not of the application icon's styling

Planning on enabling SSO on my homeserver services. Issue being, i already have an auth server for services i host for friends, using authentik. Would it be worth it to make another auth server for my personal/family needs, or would it be better to use the existing authentik instance?

On Wayland? It matters a lot, since the compositor has to support each individual protocol feature.

Issue with what you are saying is that I have seen a crap ton of software ( Foss software too ) using discord forums / discord I'm general as their "knowledge base" making it quite hard to find solutions for problems or ask questions, where in the past you'd be using a forum for.

Honestly? No, while I do still pirate, I am slowly buying all the music I can buy in form of vynils records and CDs, other than digital downloads from bandacamp.

Watching for free on YouTube is not piracy, and laughably, I'd say it is better than using Spotify that quite literally exploits artists for cents.

Uh, why? They don't have any history of destroying open standards

Flatpaks work by using a shared runtime, you don't have the same dependencies in a thousand different places
