I've been looking for the Chinese film No More Bets and the Latin American show Rey Mysterio vs The Darkness that's only available on HBO Max Latin America but no tracker or streaming site has either one of them

When I google it it says it was released on HBO Max but I can't find it anywhere

EDIT: apparently its only available on HBO Max Latin America and Cartoon Network Latin America. Is it possible for someone to use a vpn to download it from the hbo site? How do people rip videos from a website like hbo?
