But there will always be some form of gift card. if not steam gift card people will buy apple or google play cards. Its a sad thing going of with the scamming but honestly a physical gift card still beats a print out of an email on a piece of paper.
timestatic
No I think this is an awful move. Digital Gift Cards will still be available. And I think for gifting its actually really nice to still have.
I dont use or like Brave that much but its definitely not Malware. This is how we lose normies. They use google chrome or whatever and infighting tells them "look this significantly more private product is awful". We kinda gotta stop doing that. That had some scretchy incidents with referral links but their BAT thing is like whatever. You dont have to use it. Their defaults are much more private then all the other mainstream chromium browsers. And it Open Source. I also think their development for their search engine has been interesting.
Lets see if Brave will hold. Im gonna keep sticking to Firefox tho
Too bad thats not how secular nations work. I could just make up a random religion or worship the spaghetti monster and then sue if I saw something that I considered sin. Most religions say its sin to worship something other than them so I could sue christian churches because from my view they were committing sin
Visa and Mastercard, suck it! You do NOT get to decide how I spend MY money. Got it?
Honestly now that hes mostly retired his content is so chill now
Those are his fun projects. He's not doing them for you. I honestly think its a cool project even if its not something crazy or anything. And honestly self-hosted AI projects are imo a lot better than just using claude tokens or whatever
The game and story is incredibly unique. I definitely got emotional towards the end and still have Life is Strange 2 on my "must play" list. Can definitely recommend it for people who enjoy story games and the choices within it that affect the outcome. The thing with rewinding time and such and the plot connection with the storm is also really well made. The choice towards the end was a though one to make at all though.
For a moment I freaked out that they were only gonna exclude Linux and not open source in general but it seems they exclude based on the license based on this article which is a good thing. The dozens of OpenBSD and FreeBSD users may rest safely now
Hell yeah!!
Valve could also just stop allowing people to turn the gift card money back into real cash. It would be trivial to implement this with a bit of goodwill. But i get your point
