2026 shouldn't be the year of any one specific thing; 2026 should be the year of teaching the less inclined how to be conscious with their data and go over methods for taking back their data from whatever service they might use.

The early 2000s music sharing software company LimeWire — now resurrected as a crypto company by new owners — won rights to the infamous Fyre Festival in an auction that was held on eBay, reportedly beating out Ryan Reynolds’ company for the rights.

Just get it on archive.org; it's probably a lot safer.

Tiktok US deal; this is just for the US users. Tiktok global doesn't change.

Essentially the US just siloed all the US users together and cut them off from the rest of the world and they're about to find out just how little of the US were on Tiktok.
