The Tina dlc which has a standalone game is great. Even though it doesn't make sense as a standalone since it's a significant and well executed end to the BL2 story.
Wonderlands is pretty iffy though

Yeah they lost me on 6 and 7 looks to go even further in that direction
How many homes have walls big enough for a screen big enough for 8k to matter
For expedition? Side content about doubles the length of the game, and all of it is doable before completing the story. NG+ is a thing and massively cranks the level of all enemies, but nothing else changes
