Which one? You can check officially supported here: https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/#samsung But it is possible that yours is unofficially supported. In this case you have to read xda forums.
It looks like I need a pc and use terminal. Shit. Though it was a bit more streamlined.
Unfortunately, yes, but that's not hard. Some Samsung phones have installer for e/os/ (full degooglised).
