Nah. If an mp wants to show up to parliament drunk, sober, or not at all, it's up to them to do so and for their constituents to punish them for it. Although breathalyser tests with no consequences except from the results being public wouldn't be so bad

Maybe they should make the results public so the press can report on it when someone shows up drunk
