I lived seven years in Poland, somehow this sparks nostalgia ^^ I remember some news where passengers in a bus (crosscountry, not city) called the police because the driver seemed drunk... In the test he had like 4 promille.

Nah. If an mp wants to show up to parliament drunk, sober, or not at all, it's up to them to do so and for their constituents to punish them for it. Although breathalyser tests with no consequences except from the results being public wouldn't be so bad
