Which movie is it from?
The Punisher (2004).
Ah haven't seen that one.
Tom Jane in the lead. Okayish action movie, not really a proper Punisher movie. I reccomend instead watching Stander with Tom Jane which is a much more interesting movie.

John Pinette (rip) was pretty great in it.
Manos: The Hands of Fate.
What a fun read on IMDB. 1.7⭐/10⭐. Very impressive for a movie to be this universally bad.
