You mean like the vast majority of the world and all but 10 US states? Don't look up age of consent. For god's sake don't look at Western Europe.

What's the problem if two teenagers have sex?

It's only that low in Europe between the same age group. If a 30 year old bangs a 14 year old, (s)he will go to prison

Nope, not in Germany. A 110 year old can legally bang a 14 year old, as long as they don't have a position of authority over the teen.

Nach § 182 Absatz 3 StGB sind sexuelle Handlungen zwischen einer Person über 21 Jahren und einem 14- oder 15-jährigen Jugendlichen für den erwachsenen Sexualstrafpartner dann strafbar, wenn er die fehlende Fähigkeit des Jugendlichen zur sexuellen Selbstbestimmung ausnutzt. Ein solcher – zumindest versuchter – Missbrauch wird mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu drei Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft.

Nach § 182 Absatz 1 StGB sind hingegen sexuelle Handlungen zwischen einer Person über 21 Jahren und einem 16- oder 17-jährigen Jugendlichen grundsätzlich erlaubt, soweit hierfür keine Zwangslage des Jugendlichen ausgenutzt wird. Anderenfalls wird ein solcher – zumindest versuchter – Missbrauch mit Freiheitsstrafe bis zu fünf Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft.

This paragraph is the important one. A court must first rule the teenager was not mature enough to bang an adult. Courts have ruled sexual inexperience alone is not sufficient to convict someone. The inability of a 14 year old to consent must be proven in order to convict an adult for banging a 14 year old.

In Saudi Arabia you can't be legally married before 18, so that's effectively the age of consent.
