If you are gonna compare prompts you really need a bigger sample size.

I bet if you try a second time the output will vary greatly.

Also share the prompt :)

I get what you mean but I am not trying to publish an academic paper to a scientific journal.

Just sharing what I found was fun. I don't remember the exact prompt, but roughly:

Create an image of a floor plan for an apartment with an en-suite, a child's bedroom, a guest bedroom, and a study room. The kitchen should have open space with the dining room.

Granted that ChatGPT obviously did better regarding the entrance, but at a glance, neither one of them created a service closet for air conditioning or hot water..

Edit: Meant for that to be a top level comment, but whatever.

Front entrance - yes service closet - present. Bedroom closets - got it Entrance to Bedroom 13' x 14'0 - oops

Also, that 13x14 looks smaller than the 10x12 right beside it.
