Might not be criminal liability, and I don't know enough about civil liability as regards presidential immunity, but I'd think a different standard of immunity would apply for civil liability.

Well turns out he's started a criminal investigation against Obama for his time in office, in which he would be (per his own supreme court win) immune to criminal prosecution. Just more distractions from the Epstein files
