They've already "flocked". The site and userbase is a shell of its former self and it's hey day is long passed. The users aged out or just went to places like kiwi farms, random discord channels, etc.

I mean you're on Lemmy, a good chunk of old 4chan users are here, so you're amongst them.

I don't really understand where the very specific idea of kiwi farming comes from, but I can confirm old 4chan users are here. I'm one of them. I've never been misogynistic or racist however. I was more into the freedom, randomness, otaku culture and activism for civic liberties. There's a preconceived notion of what a 4chan user is, and I understand where it comes from.
