After a bunch of free advertising, what a shocker!
Are there people who would be likely to go to Cracker Barrel out there who didn't know about Cracker Barrel already?
Theres lots of people who have happy memories of being taken places by their parents or grandparents when they were a kid, they remember it fondly because they didnt know any better.
Now the older generation are dying off and the people who went there as kids arent going either, the change to the logo would surely have legitimately annoyed some people because that logo is closely linked to their grandparents or something like that. Now its been forced back into their concious thoughts and they will go for the nostalgia... for a while at least.
The stock price sure seems to think so. Reality may be different, but the shareholders are happy.
