The Russian regime and its obsession with waging war against sovereign nations is the problem. No one with a sane mind hates the Russian populace. Same with the Chinese. Many people do seem to hate on Arabs for whatever dumb reasons (racism, cultural differences etc.) but that's a different discussion.
