He was a huge WOW player and on his decline he hopped to FFXIV. Now I was a FFXIV player for years and loved the recognition. So his followers just ballooned because he hired a hit squad and went after the harder stuff in end game. He left that game but kept the followers. He was funny at times. But I can see why his popularity grew within video games. He's a solid streamer on that front.

I watched him for a bit when he hopped on FFXIV, but then he had some misogynistic takes that made me see how awful he really was.
