Couldn't people send them on wild goose chases by flooding social media with "I saw an illegal over in x area" and then send them to the whitest county in America?
What we're entering is a bot arms race. Counter a bot doing bad things by other bots flooding bad Intel.
What we've learnt over the last decade or so is that it's a lot easier to generate bullshit than it is to verify it.
