According to the Bible, the end times will come when God's good and ready. It's blaspemous and extremely narcissistic to think that any human action can force God to hurry up.
Holding a view like that would require these people to have read their own mythology and I doubt many of them are even literate.

More than that, most of the old testament is stories about how you don't debate God, you don't test God, and you definitely don't force God's hand.
