I am german and it's stressful af since I can never know how much of a freak any given person here. feddit.org stands for pretty much everything wrong in this country, especially for what passes here an "left". Dehumanizing isn't about being inhumane. It's about denying the people are even human. They are only objects to you when you dehumanize them.
