I believe we could solve all problems with homosexual intercourse. US-Iran war? Gay sex. Russian-Ukraine war? Gay sex. People not getting laid? You won't believe it...
I am strong believer that people need to cum more, like on a philosophical level.
The weird semen retention movement of the early 2020s is.. particularly odd.
I think most people would benefit from trying to bust a nut at least once every two days. Its enjoyable, helps you relax, releases some nice hormones in your brain, helps you sleep (since I jerk off before bed, and since it is good for relaxation), helps with boredom, relieves pain, etc. Theres some supposed health benefits too but I dont know too much about those.
And no reason not to do it, unless you're sex addicted or have a rash on your dick or vagina if you have one, or something. It only takes a few minutes too
