I think most people would benefit from trying to bust a nut at least once every two days. Its enjoyable, helps you relax, releases some nice hormones in your brain, helps you sleep (since I jerk off before bed, and since it is good for relaxation), helps with boredom, relieves pain, etc. Theres some supposed health benefits too but I dont know too much about those.

And no reason not to do it, unless you're sex addicted or have a rash on your dick or vagina if you have one, or something. It only takes a few minutes too
