Judging by the picture which is already days old….its a bit late now. The work done.

I believe there was genuine repairs to be done, now wether the pool guy is qualified is a different question.

They painted the bottom blue.....like a swimming pool. The pool is supposed to reflect the Washington Monument and/or the Lincoln Memorial not be a big blue batch of water.
