Yup, thats a fucker. Exactly what I had. The bendy bars do help. It might be a bit painful at first, but just listen to your body and go down a difficulty bar if you need to. Dont push to real pain, but light discomfort is likely. Try to see a psychotherapist if you can.

Took me about 3-4 months to recover using those things once a day, so don't be hard on yourself if it takes a while. Bad muscle strain/tears take forever to heal. Just treat yourself well and commit to the fix.
