UPDATE: ok, Anon answered and the theory several of you mentioned is correct. Anon is actually a girl, and she apparently thought foreskins can be peeled back all the way to the base of the penis. How she discovered this may be too horrible to contemplate though. I really hope she didn't try to do that to some poor guy
