If your anger is expressed as racism and sexism, that's a problem. Like idk go to the boxing gym and turn your anger into a workout, you don't have to turn your anger into hate.

I understood the post being about bad behavior on the internet in general, not just racism and sexism.
I guess you can read it that way, though it literally says "racist/sexist". Still not necessary to turn anger into non-racist but otherwise bad behavior.
Is browsing the internet at all necessary or do we do it because we feel like it.
