I mean yeah, funny greentext, fake and gay and all, but is that an actual thing that happens across the big pond?

If someone did that in Europe they'd be in serious legal trouble if the threatened party sues.

Hmm, you'd think that. But actually health insurance works here. It's nothing to brag about. I rarely hear people talking about it. At least not more than they talk about their households contents insurance. (I mean guns in the USA also aren't something exceptional... so you might have a point.)

Nah guns are more like dutch bicycles. Yes we all have several, but each is important and must be talked about
