when i was in 5th grade (in 2004), i had never seen a computer before. we had our first IT class, and after turning the computers and monitors on, we were told to look for an icon that says internet explorer and click that. i looked for a good 5 minutes and i couldn't find it. showed the guy next to me my mousepad that had lots of pictures and text on it, "i can't find internet explorer". he pointed on my monitor and told me i should be in a special school.
