I had a dream where I was traveling back in time to stop a virus that was destroying all of humanity. As I traveled back in time each stop the virus was worse and worse. Unfortunately I found out too late that the virus didn't obey standard physics because it experienced entropy backwards meaning it spread reverse in time. What I needed to do was travel forward in time to when the infection first began to stop it and I failed.

I've been trying to visualize what I saw in that dream ever since using AI and until now I haven't been able to get close.

Instead of using plain text I used the :: function, specifically necrotising-fasciitis::human which got me some good results. Using plain text resulted in an error that the image didn't fit within the usage terms.

I did a set using a broken pixel art style which was a little closer because it was a digital virus that migrate computers to us. But the title image was a little closer to my dream image.

Broken pixel versions:

Normal art style iterations that lead to the title image (some of these are kind of gross):

I've never heard of him, I'm going to Google it now!

Edit: Wow, he's amazing! I have a new rabbit hole to go down!
