While not directly related to RSS, Polish Central Bank provides currency rates for most popular currencies via XML (it's in Polish, I was unable to find instructions in English). I think this may suffice.
Very cool. If only there were things similar to RSS for things other than news feeds.

Had no idea Atom was a thing, I've read about it just then and still don't really get what it's for, it seems so similar to RSS
Technically this was supposed to be a replacement for RSS channels but most modern readers seem to support both standards now.
