How about "students" get sent around posh neighborhoods asking for tuition donations door to door or at busy intersections? Maybe a little dancing, face painting and juggling?

Fuck you universities! You suck!

The modern world needs something different. We need education institutions, not money siphoning systems.

Well it needs to be covered parking otherwise you're putting those students at risk of hail damage. Now it needs some walls to prevent breaking and entering. Now add some plumbing.... almost....

Not bad but I'll call it a "stopgap" rather than a solution.

Safe places for homeless people need to be offered more widely, secure parking lots could help others as well in the short term.

I have slept in a car during college for months. I was spending $700/month for a bed in a shared bedroom, when I mostly was working or attending classes.
