From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Linux is a family of open source Unix-like operating systems based on the Linux kernel, an operating system kernel first released on September 17, 1991 by Linus Torvalds. Linux is typically packaged in a Linux distribution (or distro for short).

Distributions include the Linux kernel and supporting system software and libraries, many of which are provided by the GNU Project. Many Linux distributions use the word "Linux" in their name, but the Free Software Foundation uses the name GNU/Linux to emphasize the importance of GNU software, causing some controversy.

I remember when BreachForums was up, I just stumbled across it somehow, but I'm having trouble finding sites like that. You don't have to post the actual hacking sites in the comments, I'm just wondering what tools or sites you goto to find them.

If this is your first introduction to the Jargon File, definitely read The Story of Mel, it's fantastic

I used to hang out on HackForums a lot back in the day, maybe 15 years ago or so. It’s still around but I think it’s bloated with crap these days.

Stole this list from a web search:

  • XSS
  • AntiChat
  • Dread
  • BreachForums
  • Cracked
  • Nulled
  • HF

I personally don't visit those sites, so cannot tell you anything from personal experience.

No way. That's only good for small groups.

No there where pretty big groups about edgy stuff in the past. Dont use it anymore, even though they seem to kinda have solved their "stored forever in blockchain" problem
