These are satellites that will monitor geostationary orbit, not monitor from geostat. They're not a secret, and aren't really "spying", given that their existence isn't a secret.
What a moronic headline.
You just need to get out to look at the sky at 3-4 AM with a telescope and you will find some good unknown stuff to look at.
Unknown as just unknown not as UFOs but maybe you can also see one of these.
